Account Executive
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
  • 1-3 years of working experience
  • Having experience in Agency Advertising will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google applications. Experienced in other management tools is a plus (Trello, monday.com)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
  • Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met
  • Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
  • Managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client
  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas with teams
Visual Graphic Designer
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Creative fields
  • Minimal 1-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in Advertising agency
  • Comprehension in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere, and other design tools
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a team
  • Advertising experience will be added advantage (agency)
  • Creative minded and good eye for details
  • Great passion for the creative field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials or advertisements
  • Work according to briefs for branding needs and guidelines
  • Create concept design and stay up-to-date with current design trend. Design is to be incorporated into online & offline marketing visuals such as banners, brochures, catalogs, direct response materials, ads, corporate ID, packaging, labels, displays and other related promotional materials.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Able to make pitch deck
  • Participate in creative ideation and strategy
