Visual Graphic Designer
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Creative fields
  • Minimal 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • High competency in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere, and other design tools
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a team
  • Have commitment, responsible and willingness to learn
  • Advertising experience will be added advantage (agency or client side)
  • Love to brainstorm for new ideas & wide range of medias
  • Able to work under pressure and fulfill the deadline given with minimum supervision
  • Great passion for the creative field
  • Good understanding of color & typography
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials or advertisements
  • Work according to briefs for branding needs and guidelines
  • Create concept design and stay up-to-date with current design trend. Design is to be incorporated into online & offline marketing visuals such as banners, brochures, catalogs, direct response materials, ads, corporate ID, packaging, labels, displays and other related promotional materials.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Able to make pitch deck
  • Participate in creative ideation and strategy
Creative Lead
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, Management, or related field.
  • 4 years working experience in an advertising agency. Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production.
  • Strong in digital media.
  • Outstanding leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication & customer service skills.
  • Have a creative ideas and presentation skills.
  • Good at team management, workload management, deadline management, and project management experience, with a focus on creative direction. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a team of 5-6 creative people (Content Creators, Social Media and Graphic Designers), manage the overall creative requests and ensuring each member of the team are getting fair amount of work that fits with their basis strength to work on the client’s deliverables.
  • Make pitch deck, prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs & business review to gain competitive advantage, developing proposals, closing sales.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
  • Provide a highly experienced level of expertise in representing company's services, maintain and develop existing portfolio by performing an accomplished level of sales responsibilities to strengthen the relationship with the clients, build the customer base, and ensure client's satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
  • Internally improving the creative direction of all projects including social media monthly EP and digital campaign ideas and well as all of its needs (ideas, message, visual, copywritings, project timeline and budgeting) before presenting to client.
  • Supervising and making sure all the running projects to meet all the expectations internally and externally.
